Shanghai COCESS Special Alloys Co., Ltd is a China-based specialty alloy supplier and stockist working directly with qualified domestic mills producing VIM+AOD refined billets. We specialize in Incoloy 20 (Alloy 20 / UNS N08020 / W.Nr. 2.4660 / NS143) in the form of round bar, plate, sheet, seamless pipe, welded pipe, flange and forged fittings. All material is supplied in solution-annealed condition with full MTC (EN 10204 3.1), PMI verification, and optional third-party inspection (SGS/BV). Incoloy 20 (UNS N08020) — Chemical Composition & Typical Properties
Incoloy 20 is a niobium-stabilized austenitic nickel-iron-chromium alloy with 3–4% copper and 2–3% molybdenum. It was developed for handling sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and chloride-containing mixed acids. The niobium addition ties up carbon, giving good intergranular corrosion resistance after welding—usually with no post-weld solution anneal required.

Room-temperature mechanical properties (solution annealed, min. per ASTM):
Tensile Strength (Rm): ≥ 550 MPa (typical 620 MPa)

Elongation (A): ≥ 30%
Hardness: ≤ 220 HB
Density: 8.08 g/cm³ | Melting Range: 1370–1400 °C
Key corrosion advantages:
Excellent resistance to sulfuric acid (10–80% concentration, up to boiling with oxidizers present)
Good resistance to phosphoric acid, nitric acid and chloride pitting/crevice corrosion
Highly resistant to chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking (SCC) due to high Ni content
Weldable with ERNiCrMo-3 (Inconel 625 type) filler; no sensitization in as-welded condition thanks to Nb stabilization
