Hastelloy C-22 (UNS N06022 / W.Nr. 2.4602) is a versatile nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloy designed for applications requiring universal corrosion resistance. It outperforms many other Ni-Cr-Mo alloys, including C-276, in resisting both oxidizing and reducing environments, particularly against pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. Chemical Composition & Mechanical Properties
The superior corrosion resistance of C-22 stems from its high Chromium (20-22.5%) and Molybdenum (12.5-14.5%) content, combined with extremely low Carbon (max 0.015%) to prevent sensitization.

Plate, Sheet & Coil Stock Specifications
We supply C-22 flat products strictly in accordance with ASTM B575 / ASME SB-575 standards. Our inventory covers a wide dimensional range to suit various fabrication needs:
Plates (Hot Rolled): Thickness ranging from 3.0mm up to 60mm (or heavier upon request), typically stocked in dimensions like 1250/1500/2000mm x 2500/6000mm.
Sheets (Cold Rolled): Thickness from 0.5mm to 3.0mm, with common widths of 1000mm, 1219mm, and 1500mm.
Coils / Strips: Thickness 0.1mm to 3.0mm, available in mill edge or slit edge widths up to 1500mm.
Surface Finishes: Available in No.1 (hot rolled, annealed, pickled), 2B (cold rolled, annealed, pickled), BA (Bright Annealed), and No.4 (brushed) finishes.
