Nimonic 263, also known as Alloy 263, UNS N07263, and W. Nr. 2.4650, is a precipitation-hardening creep-resisting nickel-chromium-cobalt-molybdenum alloy. It is recognized for its high strength at elevated temperatures, excellent corrosion resistance, and good fabricability. Nimonic 263 is supplied in the high-temperature annealed condition and is recommended for service temperatures up to 850 °C (1,560 °F). It is commonly used in gas turbine components, such as turbine discs, shafts, and fasteners, as well as in other high-temperature applications in the aerospace and power generation industries.
