Nimonic 90, also known as Alloy 90, UNS N07090, and W. Nr. 2.4632, is a nickel-chromium-cobalt alloy with significant additions of titanium and aluminum. It has been developed as an age-hardenable creep resisting alloy for service at temperatures up to 920°C (1688°F). It is known for its high-strength properties at elevated temperatures and excellent resistance to high-temperature corrosion and oxidation. Nimonic 90 is commonly used in applications requiring high stress and high-temperature conditions, such as gas turbine components, aircraft structural parts, and industrial furnace applications.
