Hastelloy G-30, also known as Alloy G-30, with the UNS designation N06030 and W. Nr. 2.4603, is a high-chromium nickel-base nickel-chromium-iron alloy known for its exceptional resistance to a wide range of corrosive environments. This alloy offers excellent resistance to oxidizing acids, such as nitric acid, and reducing acids, including hydrochloric and sulfuric acids. It is particularly suitable for applications involving phosphoric acid production, pollution control, chemical processing, and waste treatment due to its outstanding corrosion resistance properties.
